STUDENT LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Ashley is an experienced student leadership trainer. From being in college teams herself (Resident Assistant, Resident Director, Conference Manager, Rowdy Crowd Member, Harry Potter fellow), starting two organizations her first year of college (President of Resident Hall Association and President of Family & Consumer Science Club), and being a year-long coach for eight state officer Career and Technical Student Origination teams in four years; Ashley knows what it takes to be a student leader that is one to follow. Ashley believes Vincent Tinto when he says "Social integration with the institution (faculty, staff & admin) is a key factor in academic success". Ashley can train on many topics and wants to sit down with you and create the best training for you and your student leaders. Having this background allows Ashley to speak from an area of understanding and experience that students connect with and relate to. Ashley has ongoing weekly, monthly courses and even a one time course - whatever is best for your team!
